What we teach at Kingdom Calling will benefit you in exactly the proportion that you seek God for His wisdom through it. Yes, there are strategies and products that we can guide you toward that will generate more cash flow and wealth. But the reality is that over the course of your life, you will truly only be blessed by this course by the ways you are changed by God through it. And since Christ teaches us that it is the most vital thing, we will write a lot here about the Kingdom of God. You must understand the spiritual basis for what God is doing in this world and how He is calling you. How else can you steward wealth in an effective way for Him?
Jesus also tells us how to attain that wisdom…
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
9″Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! 12So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.” Matthew 7:7-12
Ask & Seek: It will be up to you to ask and seek God as we are going along. In going through this course, you show that you are Seeking. But as time goes on, the world and other areas of your life will distract you. Don’t let those things quench your seeking spirit. Also, as you are assigned action items to read or listen to or work to perform – invite God into those moments. Ask Him to grow you and teach you through the process. We will give you the tools, but it is up to you to seek God for growth.
Find: God promises that in things of the Spirit, if you seek Him, you will find Him. This program is a transformational course that will assist you in finding God’s wisdom for your life as one called to steward what He’s given you.
Knock: This implies action on your part. When I hear some people preach that God wants you to be wealthy and all you have to do is pray really hard, I believe this is foolishness. God requires action of us. This spiritual life is a two way street. It will be up to you to decide if you take the work seriously and spend some time each day with it, or if you cram it all in the day before your next meeting. Which method do you think will allow God to grow you the most? God does the growing, but you must do your part.
So let’s begin: right now, write down what level of commitment you are willing to give to your growth as steward. At what times during the day/week are you willing to commit to this program?
Ask someone you know to start this journey with you.
