The US economy is suffering as all indicators point towards slowing or possibly shrinking. Now we see the stock market crashing with unbelievable ferocity. Today’s economic update video will study what’s going on. We’re continuing a series of videos which can be found here.
This video looks at recent economic events which can give us an indication of where we’re heading next. We look at events such as… Recent comments by the past and present Chairmen of the Federal Reserve on Quantitative Easing QE2, QE3, etc…(hint, they’re saying very opposite things and the damage will be direct to the US economy), Insider stock buys have been extremely low, Unemployment numbers are getting ugly, a quote from John Hathaway on the inherent problem of Government jobs past and present in the US.
We also talk about US debt downgrades (those that have already happened and those that probably will soon as well as an interesting point by Felix Zulauf about the right way to get out of bad debt problems that has worked so well for Brazil ad the opposite tact being taken by the US and Europe.
