Christian Financial Advice: Article Updates

Christian Financial Advice is more important today than ever before.  Christ admonished those who did not pay attention to the times they lived in and what the Father was doing.  Take a look…

“He replied, When evening comes, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,’ 3 and in the morning, ‘Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.” (Matthew 16:2-3)

Today, we are blessed to live in an amazing time.  The Lord is doing an incredible thing in bringing us to a New Day!  It is truly a blessing to be one who willing gives his/her life to Him today because we have the opportunity to know Him as past generations have not.

But, as with most good things, this does not come without difficulty.  There are tremendous stresses on our economic environment and the volatility we’ve seen lately will only increase.  This is a dangerous financial time and what takes mindful stewardship and Christian Financial Advice.  There are certainly opportunities that come with every crises and the Lord will lead many to have the resources to be a financial blessing to others.

Hopefully, all the information we give you here helps along this line.  Fortunately, many of those who have gone through our stewardship programs have seen tremendous gains in the recent weeks as most people are seeing losses.  But today, we wanted to point you towards a few articles which stood out in our daily readings of the past few weeks.  Not one of these is specifically a Christian Financial Advice article, but all give important education of the times we are in…

1)  Cross of Gold – Is a very long, but wonderful exposition on the gold monetary standard.  It talks both of history and a way forward to help us climb out of the mess that bankers and politicians have made for us.

2)  Short History of US Credit Defaults – is a great (and much shorter) read for those who are unaware of the many previous defaults on US debts.

3) Follow the Money – is Eric Sprott’s monthly missive that shares more incredible facts about the silver market.

4)  Revolt in Germany– While this article is a month old, the facts haven’t changed.  In order for the Euro to survive, Germany must agree to bail them out. But not only would Germany itself never stand for this, but the people will never allow it to get that far.
